Shipping

All Kinds ships via USPS and UPS. Pending payment, your order usually goes out within three business days. Shipping rates are calculated based on real-time courier quotes and the total weight and size of your order. A tracking number will be sent when your order has shipped.

If you are interested in placing an international order, email me with the piece you're interested in and I'll put it on hold while I calculate shipping for you.

All Kinds is not responsible for damages wrought by the postal service. Everything is packaged with its safety in mind, but accidents happen. Please email me and we can come up with a resolution. 

All Kinds is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please make sure there is someone home to receive your delivery if you fear theft. If it's a gift for someone, send them the tracking. All Kinds is not responsible for any unexpected delivery delays due to, but not limited to: carrier issues, extreme weather conditions, customs clearance, or uncontrollable events. Unfortunately packages are out of my control once they are out of my hands and with the delivery service but I will do my best to help where I can. 

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to the failed delivery of non-deliverable, refused, or unclaimed orders.

Candle Safety

Please use your best judgement and common sense when burning a candle.

Tapers should be pressed firmly onto the holder. You can use Stick-Um candle adhesive or melt wax into the holder before pressing the taper in to help keep it in place.

As with every candle, only burn it if you are in the room and extinguish it before you leave.
